Helen’s Brilliant Bread Mix (for sandwiches)

Helen’s Brilliant Bread Mixes

Hi All, been very busy lately with among other things jury duty! So glad to be back blogging even if it’s not for one of my own creations. In saying that it’ll only be for a short while as jury duty calls again.

I just have to tell you about this bread mix. As I’ve been in a court or a jury room all day I’m playing catch up once again so doesn’t leave much time for baking et all.

By chance in the local supermarket I found this new bread mix. Today I made the yeast bread from this gluten & wheat free bread mix range (the one to use for sandwiches). It’s only Eur2.49 in Tesco for a 1lb loaf sacket at present anyhow. You’ll find out more details at Helen’s Brilliant Bread Mixes

The bread mix is so easy to work with as you only have to add water and oil with a quick stir. Also the good news is that it both looks and tastes great! I may just give up making my own for this!

Haven’t tried the other varieties mainly as this is so easy and the other varieties require eggs and milk and just too much effort at the moment to substitute them.

So if you’re looking to save time and need an easy to make bread this is definitely worth a try.

Have you tried any of these mixes and how did you like them?

Until next time hope you enjoy yourself.
