Do you eat breakfast on the go or tend to skip it altogether?  Store bought breakfast bars are big business but they are often full with 7 different types of sugar and vegetable oil.  This healthier version can be prepared and cooked in under 20 mins.

Superfoods like Goji Berries and Raw Cacao Nibs are full of anti-oxidants and minerals, when combined with Oats and chopped nuts make a nutritious and filling meal. Raw Cocoa Nibs have very little fat and don’t contain the sugar you get in shop bought chocolate drops so you get that guilt free chocolate taste.  Goji berries add the sweetness to the nibs without sugar.

Fresh frozen raspberries are a great addition to this recipe as they add the moisture you need to bind together and add a really nice flavour.


One cup of rolled oats – (we used the rolled oats from Aldi)
