Marian’s Morsels: Pea Soup, Veggie Fries, Chilli Tofu, Low Green Smoothie

Didn’t have much joy with the vegan kickstart recipes over the weekend, I think it was more a subjective thing so to finish off the Vegan Kickstart I’ll stick to stick to recipes from my book like mixed pepper & butterbean soup and vegetable & lentil stew. Considering the cold weather here in Dublin today I think I’ve picked well.

    Heading straight to check out roasted carrots and parsnips fries because I really like the sound of them!

      Yep and they look so simple too, they really caught my eye too. If they get me off the potato fries I’m laughing, but I doubt it I’m addicted.
