Dairy, Wheat, Gluten, Egg Free
Another day on the Vegan Kickstart. Yesterday I tried the cauliflower & potato curry. It was very easy to make. I added a cup of frozen peas for the last 8 minutes. If you make it use the gram measurements and not the spoon measure for the spices etc. With my spoons anyhow they were short by 2g for the spices.
Can’t really say if I truly like this one or not as I only had tinned plum tomatoes so had to make up a vegetable stock as well to get some moisture in so it could boil for 20 minutes.
