A delicious one for Easter!
A friend challenged me over the weekend to come up with a dairy-free dessert that he’d eat. This is what I came up with. Hope you like and find it useful for yourself.
Stage 1 – Chocolate Layer:
125g Dark Chocolate*
¼ cup of Honey
125ml Oatley Cream
Melt the chocolate with the honey and Oatley cream.
When melted stir gently to combine and get a smooth consistency.
After it has cooled divide equally into 2 bowls or glasses
Leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Stage 2 – Custard Layer:
550 ml of Almond milk (original flavour)
3 tablespoons of dairy-free Custard Powder
1 tablespoon of Amaretto
6 Strawberries, de-stalked and cut them into bite-sized pieces
