I attended the VegFestCork sponsored by Dee’s and Electric Cork on Saturday 1 October 2011.  I had the pleasure of chatting with Freckled Past.  Following on from our chat Evin passed on her fabulous vegan cocoa cake. You just have to try this, it’s absolutely delicious, especially with dairy free and wheat-free ice cream.

All I can say is hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
