I’ve use the cardamom idea before with oat porridge, so it’s great I got a reminder in the above. Will be trying cardamom with my Millet & Quinoa porridge above. There are some great foods listed here.

Some great topping suggestions here, though be careful of the ones that are not suitable for intolerances you may be coping with at the moment. If you’d like a hand wading through the ones you should avoid let me know.
I’m soaking the nuts for the chocolate grain-free porridge for tomorrow morning which I’m looking forward to and hopefully followed by a ginger smoothie. Will keep you posted.
